Before you can return a tyre, please check our return conditions, stated in the questions below, to make sure your tyre is eligible for return. You have 3 calendar days to notify us that you want to return your tyre after its reception.
If your return meets all the requirements, your returns can be initiated through a phone call. 
Returns are easy. Simply follow the 6 steps stated below:

  • Check if the tyre(s) you want to return meets all the return requirements

  • Call our customer care to make complaint

  • Package the item properly and prepare it for return

  • Arrange tyre retrieval with customer care

  • Your return would go through quality check

  • If validated, you will get refunded

All tyres sold on, under certain conditions, can be returned within a period of 3 days from delivery date.

Example: If you receive your tyres on Monday, 10th of December, 2018, you will have until  Thursday, 13th of December, 2018 to contact customer to initiate a return.

For defective tyres, note that you have 2 days to return your tyres within Lagos & 4 days to return tyres delivered outside of Lagos. After this period, we do not accept returns. We advise you to contact the manufacturer if the tyre has a warranty.

A valid proof of purchase of tyres (order number, invoice etc.)

Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met (checkout below).

Return Method:

The refund method is a bank transfer and you would need to provide the necessary information (bank account number etc.)

Should there be any tyre damaged due to our transportation, please contact our customer service within 24 hours for claim purposes.

Once the tyre has been retrieved, we will perform a quality check.

If the quality check is successful, we would refund you according to your requested refund method. This will happen within 5 days starting from when the tyres have been returned.


Note that if the quality check is unsuccessful, you will not be refunded and you will be sent back the tyre.


Condition eligible for the return of a tyre:

You may want to return the tyre due to the following reasons:

  • Wrong tyre delivered

  • Defective tyre

  • Damaged tyre

  • Tyres that do not fit the rim (Note: Errors made by customers on their tyre sizes come with a charge)

  • Change of mind after delivery of tyre also comes with a charge


Not eligible to return a tyre:

  • Damages due to the misuse of tyre

  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of tyre

  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed

  • Tyres with tampered, missing or non-matching of serial/UPC numbers

  • Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty

  • Any tyre that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the tyre(s) delivered.

We would arrange a pick-up at your convenience within 48 hours after you have contacted us and you are sure that your eligibility for return is in line with our list for clients within Lagos. Outside of Lagos clients should contact us on how returns can be made. Note that for pick-up within Lagos, we would make 2 scheduled attempts. However, after 2 pick-up attempts, we will cancel the return procedure and you will not be able to return your tyre to us anymore.
We would give you a call at different intervals letting you know about the status of the item you have returned.
Refund process only begins after our Quality Check team has completed the evaluation of your returned item.
We will make sure that your tyre meets all the requirements for a return as stated in our policies.
This quality evaluation process may take up to 24-48 hours, and the return timeline is as follows:
Lagos – 1 to 2 days
outside of Lagos – 2 to 4 days

Refund process begins after we have completed the evaluation of your returned tyre(s). From the day you contact us for the return request, this quality evaluation process may take up to 2 days for Lagos, 4 days outside of Lagos. We will send you an email notification once we have completed the return examination.

Return Pick-Up Timeline:

The return pick up time starts from the day you make a request to return an item to the day one of our delivery associate makes a first attempt to retrieve the item that you will like to return. You can make a request to return an item either by calling our customer service or by sending us an email. If you are outside Lagos give us a call to discuss returns within 2 business days.

Refund Timeline:

The refund time starts from the day the item you would like to return is picked up by one of our delivery associates to the day the refund process is completed. Refund would be completed within 2 days after quality check has 2 days after quality check has been done.

What is the Replacement Guarantee? How do I get a defective item, ordered on, replaced?

All physical products sold on are covered under our replacement policy. Notify us of any manufacturing defects or product damages at the time of delivery, and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost. The defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately.


The goods ordered by you are no longer available or the goods are withdrawn by  the manufacturer or by the company or by order of any governmental authority, in which event will notify you by email and refund any payments you have made for that website order.
